Only limited moisture decreasing the risk or concern of liquid getting to the LCD screen (very bad). Nothing residual is left on the screen. Works particularly well if you use a touchscreen and wish to remove the finger and hand prints left behind. Currently returning to this page to buy another pack. It has given me excellent results. I use it on my notebok screen and it gets rid of fingerprints and any other grime. It leaves the screen shiny, and almost like new. It's basically just like one of those clean wipes. I find that I need to wipe my screen again with another cloth after I used these pads.
